Send multiple e-mails from contact list?

Contact list doesn't open when "To" clicked when trying to send e mails. where to go to unlock popup to free?

• apparently, my contact list which, usually, opens, after clicking on "To" in email box is blocked for some reason. There is a browser message in the lower right hand corner, which sends me way back to Embarq when trying to figure out where my "buddies" went.
