Copy a single entry from Outlook and put it in Yahoo! Address Book: First, export the contact from Microsoft Outlook as a vCard (.vcf) file. Open Microsoft Outlook. Open the contact you want to add to your Yahoo! Address Book. Choose "Export to vCard file" in the File menu. Save the file on your computer in a handy place that you'll remember. Now, import the contact into Yahoo! Address Book. Open your Yahoo! Address Book and click "Import/Export" in the upper-right corner. Under "Import", choose "vCard (.VCF file)" from the pull-down menu in Step 1. Click "Browse" to find the vCard file you just saved on your computer. Click the "Import Now" button to import the file.
