Why no contacts page will appear when asked?

Tried to forward and email this morning from the weekend, and my contacts list will not appear. Twice got message that i had "No Contacts". Twice got message that access to my contacts "Page denied". Twice got message that "internet explorer unable to display page". As with the rest here, hoping this is temporary. Last time was told how many contacts i do have...and then...NOTHING. YAHOO!
