How do I send emails to several people without having their addresses showing? Is this called blind emails?

I often send emails to several people at a time, but I have a couple of ladies that do not want their email addresses showing. I can appreciate this as I do not want mine showing to people I do not know !

Answer:
You use the "bcc" field. ANY time you sent emails to multiple people, addresses should be put in the bcc field.
