How do you transfer contacts from my address book to make them contacts in yahoo messager?

someone has hacked into my yahoo messager an deleted all my contacts but I have the contacts still listed in my address book. How do I add them to my contact list?

Open your Yahoo mail and click on options found at the upper right corner of your screen and you should find the way in there.
