How do I import my Yahoo contacts to my Windows Live account?

When I go to the IMPORT option, Yahoo! is NOT in the list of "imports".........What URL do I put in the address bar to import contacts? Why is Yahoo! not included in the list of Facebook, AOL, Linken, and the like? Thank you, Greg
