Why do I get an error message when I open my address book?

When i try to send emails I get an error message "not quite right" look it over. what am I doing wrong?

• When I try to send an email, sometimes I get an error message saying the recipient information does not quite look right. I am selecting from my address book from addresses that I have sent to many times. I am not typing in addresses, so it is not the fact that I am leaving spaces. I get an error message saying that the recipient information does not quite look right and it directs me to look it over. Looking it over doesn't change the address. What am I doing wrong and why is this happening?

  Without seeing an example it's impossible to give you an exact answer. But look over the address and make sure it conforms to the following layout: addressee@emailaddress.(com, net, org, etc.)
