Online Phone book Help?

My address book, calendar and notepad will not load have spent the last 3 days in chat and on phone no help ?

have not gotten any resolution with chat or tech support, address book, calendar and notepad do not work, unable to find addresses via To: i do not believe i have new browser but not sure where to get it. This problem occurred out of the blue 4 days ago. Able to get addresses from work computer on Friday. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Have you tried visiting http://address.yahoo.com directly to see if you can load your address book, or are you trying to retrieve your contact information from Yahoo Mail?
