How to import microsoft outlook address?

How do you copy your entire Microsoft Outlook address book to put in Yahoo?

I have gone through the 8 steps to export the information from Microsoft Outlook: (Missing step #4 regarding the contacts folder didn't see that) Next, import that file into your Yahoo - Address Book - I get as far as number 3 on the list and click browse to find the file on my computer - I cannot find the file anywhere - it is supposed to be in the C drive - but not there. I have tried 3 times with no luck at all and so has my husband. Are we missing something or what? Would appreciate some direction on this problem! Thanks!
Answer:

easily, export them to Desktop, then go to Yahoo Address book and import them. When exporting, export them as Text File (Comma Seperate Values, or CSF) then import them in Yahoo. Why i mentioned Desktop is that it will be easy for you to find the file. Good luck.
