How to import hotmail contacts into yahoo email?

How do i import my contacts from an odd email no one has to a new yahoo email address?

    Regrettably, unless the contacts are coming from outlook, Yahoo!, netscape or vcard, you cannot import your contacts into Yahoo! web mail. These are the only options you have to import files from. You can find the import options by going to mail options then choosing contact options then import/export. They would be generally imported via a .CSV file.
