How to block an e-mail contact?

How do you block a contact from your yahoo email?

  • I don't want to receive emails from a certain contact but don't want to spam it, how do I just block it?

  • Answer:

    In Classic Mail, go to Options > Mail Options. In new Mail, go to Options > More/Account Options > Accounts. Click on 'Spam' in the list on the left. Then, in 'Blocked Email Addresses,' enter the E-mail address you wish blocked, in the box after 'Add a blocked address' and click on the 'add' button. Click on save changes at top left of screen.

From your mail page click on Options then More options then spam,and in the box provided type the email address of the one you want to block and click on save changes you can also click on Spam when reading the email situated above read panel. Have a great weekend Jes***
