I do not want to put my contacts into categories...I want to put them into a list. How do I do this?

The contacts in one of my email accounts lets me add contacts to lists, my other account will not let me do this. It only has categories and I want lists!!!!! Please tell me how to do this, it is a totally different type of contact listing. Help me please.

NM = Lists Classic = Categories Switch the Classic to NM and Cats will become Lists.
