Is there a whole list of peoples email addresses i could use? I want to send something to all of them of something that is really big in the market and could help them. If there is could you tell me where?

As Phillip said you can just ask around. Get an opt in list, I talk about this kind of thing and more things which relate to it on my blog: http://blogthingsdot.blogspot.com in my blog there's more info on this and more... but don't spam people. What I mean by spam is don't solicit to those who don't want it... let them sign up first.
