Why do I get "formatting error" when I insert email addresses from my address book or even a nickname?
-
Insertions from my address book do not go through -- there is an error message: "formatting error, did you omit a comma?" even though they or nicknames were in serted directly from my address book?
-
Answer:
If you have a space before or after a name, ie James & Paula Smith; even if it's saved you still get the error message saying it's formatted incorrectly so you have to go fix it in the address line before it can be sent. I don't know why, it just does.
