How do i export addresses from yahoo to outlook?

Help synchronizing/importing between yahoo addresses and outlook?

i used yahoo addresses and filled all my contacts details. however, when using the import/export wizard to transfer the entries to outlook (through .csv) some problems come up 1. the birthdays dont show up 2. secondary mobile and home phone numbers dont show up 3. primary mobile numbers get duplicated as car numbers could the problem be in my microsoft excel settings? since thats where the csv file is saved.

Depending on what version of outlook you are using, yahoo reccomends using the VCF option, not the csv file. check out this link for details. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/addressbook/impexp/impexp-04.html
