Is it possible to transfer my "outlook" address book to My Yahoo! Addresses?

I want to start using Yahoo! as my primary email..and I hate having to go to my outlook to get addresses. I literally have HUNDREDS stored and there's no way I have the time to individually type each and every name/address/email/etc...

Answer:
First go to Oulook. File, Import/Export,Export to a File, Comma Separated Value (Windows). Then go to Yahoo Mail, Addresses, Import Contacts, name the file, hit Import Now. -MM

Theres also is4yahoo which is a small application which syncs yahoo with outlook. Its OK but not perfect. Intellisync is now owned by Nokia.
