Transfer yahoo CONTACTS(Not address book) to one yahoo ID to another ID?

how do i transfer my contacts from one name to the other name? they both are yahoo names, i tried exporting/importing the address book but it doesnt show their IDs or anything on the contact list. i need to know how to transfer contacts(not address book) from one yahoo name to another yahoo name

Contacts IS the Address Book. Transferring Address Book (Contacts) from one Yahoo ID to another. Sign in to one account. Export the Contacts file to your desktop. Sign out. Sign in to the other account. Import the file to this ID.
