How do I get all my addresses to be shaded when I go to insert addresses?

I click on forward then I click on insert address only some of my e-mail addresses are shaded in these are the ones i can send mail to the other i can't

Which program are you using? Don't understand the "shaded" part. Try it this way In Yahoo: After you click on Compose or Forward to open the Compose Page, click on TO and your address book will open on top of the page you are in. Check the boxes (TO, BC or BCC) next to those you wish to Forward to, go to the top of the list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts." The address book will close and the names you selected will be in the fields you selected. Type or Forward your message and click Send.
