what you need to look for is a email provider with a white listing functionality... You can actually use Mozilla thunderbird or Outlook with any provider (hotmail, yahoo, gmail) to whitelist... Take a look at the following link http://www.worldstart.com/create-an-email-whitelist/ hope this helps
