Transferring contact list from Yahoo e-mail address to BT Yahoo Total Broadband?

I had today been connected to BT Yahoo Total Broadband, I previously used a Yahoo e-mail (although my provider has always been BT) but how do I transfer my contacts from the old Yahoo to the new BT version I now have, as none of my contacts show up in this new broadband mail

If you download true assistant from BT it will automate the process. You simply type the addy you are leaving and the one you are going to plus the passwords. The programme does the rest. It's free by the way and a very small download.
