Why doesn't my address book appear when I forward mail?

How will the names of the people in my address book appear in the new mail that i compose?

• usually, the names of people appear on the "To" box when i type any letter in the "to" box, and then, i will choose to whom i will send my email. but, starting 2011, the names do not appear anymore, therefore, i have to remember the names of the recipients. And, i am always asked to add people in the address book although they are already in the address book. Please teach me how to make the names appear in the "To" box . Thank you

  It's a glitch within Yahoo, and is effecting many users. Yahoo is working on the fix----just be patient. In the meantime---try inserting addresses this quick and easy way. With Classic Mail: Click on New or Forward. Then click directly on the word TO and your mailing list (address book) opens. Select all the names to send to and then click the "insert checked contacts", and they will be inserted on the address line for you. In the All New Mail Click on New or Forward. Then click on TO (or CC or BCC) to open your mailing list. Select one name---and THEN press and hold the "ctrl" key while selecting all the others. Then click on "OK", and it's done.
