How to transfer contacts from other yahoo email?

My name recently changed so I created a new yahoo mail account, now I am wondering how to transfer my contacts from the previous yahoo mail account so I do not lose people that I chat with. How can I transfer my contacts from my other yahoo mail account so I can let them know that my email address has changed?
