How do I adjust the time in my e-mail ?

• I can e-mail back n fthht with someone and the time sent or received is different by at least 2 hours. The time on my computer is correct bot not in my e-mail ? Can I set or adjust the time in my e-mail ?

  Place you pointer on your computer's clock in the lower, right-hand corner of your Task Bar and right/click, scroll to Adjust Date/Time, make your adjustments by starting with Date & Time, then Time Zone.Be sure to fill in the check box on the bottom of that page to set Daylight Savings Time automatically. Finally, go to Internet Time and synchronize with the Internet Time Server, (I use time.inst.gov) now click Update Now and Okay and your time is now set throughout your computer. Now that you've set it centrally, you won't have to worry about Daylight Savings Time anymore, you're computer will make the changes automatically and all your apps will get their time from this Central Setting, including your Mail page.
