What happened to "insert address?

I can't insert addresses from my book to the e-mail message!?

• This is the third time this has happened and in the past, it's resolved itself. I can't keep waiting for that, however, so I need the solution. I can type in addresses and send, but just can't insert from address book. Any idea what's going on?

  Not knowing exactly how you've tried---(that apparently isn't working)---I can only tell you what works for me (always). Click on forward (or compose) as usual. Then click directly on the word TO and your address book opens. Put a check next to name(s) and then click "insert checked contacts". The book closes and names pop onto the line you designated.
