How can i find a persons email address for free or cheap?

im looking for a old friend.but no luck in social sites! Im now trying to see if i can email her.i only know that her birth yr is the last two characters of her address

None of the "email finder" services work. Most of the "free" ones end up asking for your credit card or they don't work at all. The paid-services are a waste of time. Sometimes you can get a phone number on zabasearch.com ( i don't work for them and the site is free).
