How can you find out someones email adress? 10 ptz?

All my contacts got erased. And i need someones email adress i know there name bday and all that but i dont know how to find out there email address. FOR FREE ***please dont tell me to ask them because if i could i would ***please dont give me a website that isnt free ***and please dont tell me myspace or somthing like that THANKS:)
