I am composing a letter and I cannot access my address book to insert address into the letter. What happened?

Answer:
The option has changed. With the message window open, click on "To" to open your address book which is set up only for emailing. Check the boxes (TO, BC and BCC) next to the contacts you wish to send to, go to the top of the list and click "Insert Checked Contacts." The addresses you selected will be in the fields you selected and the address book will close.

Y! limits multiple contacts to 20+ (20? 25?). Y! does this to discourage Spammers. My suggestion is to send two identical letters w/ 15 contacts ea. If you are using Mail Classic, click ON the To: link. Your address book will open. Choose yourself as a To: choice & everybody else as Bcc:

It's not very much information is it? Just an address. Use your fingers and type it in manually. Probably took you longer to ask this question.
