How do I insert address when forwarding mail?

My yahoo address book is not working when i want to insert address when composing or forwarding mail?

• sometimes it opens slowly but when i check address' and try to move to the next page i get the message "this page cannot be displayed".

  Expand the size of your Address Book. 1. Click Contacts to open your Yahoo Address Book. 2. Click Options in the upper right. 3. Click General Preferences. 4. Check the radio button next to 100 (maximum) "Number of Contacts to Display per page. 5. Click Save in the bottom left. TO COMPOSE OR FORWARD AN EMAIL: The trick is, you need to click on Compose or Forward first. Try it this way In Yahoo: 1. First click on Compose or Forward to open the Compose Page, 2. Click on "TO" and your address book will open on top of the page you are in. 3. Check the boxes (TO, Cc or Bcc) next to those you wish to Forward to. NOTE: To protect your friends privacy, enter the names you wish to hide in the BCC field, but you will need to have at least one name in the To field, otherwise it will be displayed as "Undisclosed Recipients" in the TO field. 4. If you have more than 100, go to the bottom of this list and click on the next letter to open the second part of your address book. 5. Go to the top of the list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts." The address book will close and the names you selected will be in the fields you selected. Click Send.
