How many contacts can be added to the address book?

I do not see the list of contacts added to a category in my address book. Where do I see who I've added?

  • I am trying to put certain people from my Address book into a specific category so I can send them additional emails that the rest of the list does not get. But I want them to also remain in the regular address list. Lone Star did an excellent job in teaching me how to add them to this category but I cannot see a list anywhere that shows"who" has been added to this category. Please tell me where I can see who is in this category. Thanks

    Hi Kathleen----Glad I helped. Now---to see the contacts in a specific category. Click the "addresses" tab and your address book opens. In the left side panel, you should see Categories------edit. (edit is for deleting an entire category) Under that is a menu ----AND the name(s) of each category. Click on the category name and it opens up, showing the contacts in it. The contacts will remain in the regular address list----as well as being in a category.
