How can I retrieve my BCC?

How can I add names to BCC from my contacts list.?

• I want to send BCC to several people. I put the first name into the "to" line. Then I click on BCC. I click on the BCC and enter names from my contact list. When I close the contact list, I find all the BCC names and addresses have been added to the "to" line instead of the BCC line. How come? jt

• Answer:

  The option has changed. If you haven't already tried this, maybe your cache needs cleaning. With the message window open, click on "To" to open your address book which is set up only for emailing. It has all three check boxes, TO, BC and BCC. Check the appropriate boxes next to the contacts you wish to send to, go to the top of the list and click "Insert Checked Contacts." The addresses you selected will be in the fields you selected and the address book will close.
