How do I send everyone on my contact list an email at the same time?

  • Answer:

    Click on Use Bcc in the TO line and then click on Bcc and your address book will appear Tick the one you want or them all and click on OK Using Bcc is safer because it hides all your contacts and the person receiving the email will only see their own name. Have a great week Jes~~~

Go into the contacts tab along the top Click "add category" (one of the boxes near the top) Name it "All" and click save "Add Contacts" (2 lines under the green bar) Underneath the list select "select all" "Add Selected" Then go back to the mail tab and go to "new" In the to box type all (or the category name) Add your message Click send :)

Click the Insert Addresses link above the new email block Check the people you want to send to Click Insert Addresses at the bottom of the list. They will all appear on the address line
