Easiest way to build a mailing list from contacts or email addresses?

• Seems there should be a way to build a quick list, i.e. you send an e-mail to 15 people, all of whom you typed in their addresses in an address bar. Or, "find" contacts who have a San Diego address in your contacts list and, once you've found all 22 of them, just "click" to make them a mailing list.

  It depends on the what email access you are using. I would experiment around. Maybe try setting up outlook with your Yahoo account. If you do have all of their addresses entered, the new Yahoo mail allows you to search your contacts for key words and if you type in "San Diego" it will bring up all of the contacts with that in their address.
