How do I send an email to all of my contacts at a time?

How many email contacts can i send a message to at one time.?

  • I have tried putting my addresses into a catagory and it states I have to many. I hae 100 girls scout leaders and need to get to them easily.

    The best thing would be to set up a Yahoo group. I've got one with more than 3,000 members, and the sky is the limit. You can set your group to "private" which means it won't turn up in any search engines, even Yahoo's "find a group" one. You can still invite or add members as you wish. You can also set it to send out automatic reminders, like for Service Unit meetings, or special events, or deadlines.
