Can I (and if so, how do I) import my AOL address book & favorites into Yahoo?

Answer:
I have not heard of import feature from AOL to Yahoo. So what I did was copy from AOL and paste to Yahoo. Open both accounts at the same time is the easiest. On your favorites I did the same by copy from AOL the put in Yahoo by pasting in address bar > Then save in Favorites. One at a time.
