What is mode of address?

Can't access my address directory whenin the compose mode. Clicking on 'To' or 'Insert Contact' doesn't work.

• I simply want to insert an address into an e-mail that I am composing. I want to do this from the listin my address book. It worked prior to this but is not working now. We have installed the update to Internet Explorer recently. Could that be the problem?

  Sounds like several of us are having the similar problems on here. After I check each name and click insert they all disappear. I have to type in a letter and auto complete pops up a list of addresses and I click each name indivually. It's slow but better than nothing. I think the problem is Yahoo. I'd sure like to find the answere this is slowing me down. Good Luck!
