Why am I getting duplicate calendar reminders?

Some people are e-mailing me and I am not getting it. Neither am I getting reminders from my calendar. KC?

  • Some people have e-mailed me several times and I haven't received it. At first I thought it was just one extension but it has happened with an msn and hotmail user as well as one other that I know of. Also, my calendar reminders are no longer coming to me. Does anyone have a clue what the heck has happened? Thanks, Kathleen P.S. I am also not deleting them in the SPAM folder as I peruse the contents of it everytime before I delete it.

  • Answer:

Their addresses are probably in your blocked list----as well as the reminders notification address. If blocked---they are deleted immediately and do not go to the bulk/spam folder. On your mail page, click on "options" (upper right)---then click on "block addresses". In the list---find the addresses in question---click on them---click "remove block". With Beta (or New)--go to mail page>>options>>mail options>>spam>>block addresses and remove them there.

Other answers

First, if you haven't rec'd any e-mails, how do you know you aren't getting them??? Second, what does "one extension" mean??? Are you referring to DOMAIN names, such as "aol.com" or "yahoo.com"? Or are you referring to your E-MAIL names (e.g., [email protected] and [email protected], etc)? Nobody can help you if you do not give specific information, and use the correct terminology. On the other hand, we don't need to know your name; that's TOO much information!
