How do I group my contacts into categories?

Are others having trouble with Categories in their Address Book?

• When I try to add one of the people in my address book to a category (to group people together to send out the same e-mail to many at one time), it asks me to add a completely new category. I used to get a list of my memorized categories and could check one. Is this a Yahoo problem...or am I the only one?? Also, when I try the dropdown menu for "view all contacts", my list of contacts is not there. Fortunately, the categories are still working when I want to send out a group e-mail...I just cannot add or delete anyone from the groups.

  Try switching to the new Yahoo! Mail format. The new app is called Contacts and the categories are called Lists (as is mailing lists). If you do not select a particular list, all contacts are shown be default.
