How can I Copy or Print my Outlook Mail "Contact List"?

I need to copy my work Outlook Mail "Contact List" to my personal yahoo mail account. If not possible then how do I get it to print out?
Answer:

This has worked for Outlook Express and Yahoo lists. Open the address list. Highlight the entire list, then click print. When the print box opens, click on "Selection", then print.

No offence 2 anyone, but DUH!! Go to the top of the screen and click the icon of a printer and CLICK IT!! If ONAY on the ORKWAY (I LIKE PIG LATIN) right-click it and go down to print!
