How do I retrieve my emails & contacts?

Apparently, my Yahoo account has been hacked and I've lost ALL of my emails and contacts!! How can I retrieve these? I last accessed my account around 2:30AM EST last night 8/22/11. When I checked my email later this morning (around 9:30AM EST) all my emails & contacts were gone! Can you help me? Thanks.

Answer:
go to yahoo registration and changed your pasword by changing your paswors you will open ur id and then you will retrives ur e mails
