How to insert the addresses from my address book while creating a new mail or forwarding the mail?

Answer:
if u r using the old version of yahoo then there is an option of insert address. u click on it and ur address book opens u can select the addresses to be included in ur mail. if ur using the beta version of yahoo then on the box where it saya To: enter the first alphabet of the address that u want to insert for eg if u want to send mail to [email protected] then in To: enter 'a' and all the addresses in ur address book which has a will list.click on the one which u want and again repeat the same for inserting again

just type his/her email id's few letters & then yahoo will list down all contacts matching what u typed & the u selct the one u wnat to from the list.
