When I select insert addresses after selecting forward from received e-mails I don't get a contact list. Why?
-
I receive an e-mail and then try to forward it to members of my contact list, but when I hit the insert address option after hitting forward, I get a blank screen and the contact list is lost until I hit the close option at the end of my usage. At this point it is too late to utilize the list.

Answer:
Try it this way---should be helpful to you. >click on forward (or compose) first. >then click directly on the word TO and your mailing list opens. >select the name(s) you want to send to and THEN click "insert checked contacts". Or---if you're using New mail---I think you would click on "OK".
