Contacts Tab in Yahoo Mail vs Address Book?

It looks like there are two different places to store email addresses in Yahoo. What is the difference between the Contacts tab in Yahoo Mail and the Contacts tab in Address Book (accessed at address.yahoo.com)? To clarify, I'm referring to two differerent Yahoo screens... When in Yahoo Mail, there are 4 tabs on the interface: "What's New", "Inbox", " Contacts", and "Updates". When in the Yahoo Address Book, the tabs are "Mail", "Contacts", "Calendar", and "Notepad". I get it that the Yahoo Address Book is a productivity application similar to Microsoft Outlook. Importing contact email addresses from a CSV file into the Address book works fine. However, importing the same CSV file into the Catacts tab in Yahoo Mail seems unreliable, inconsistent. Why are the two Contacts lists not unified? Also, is there a convenient way to navigate to Address Book from Yahoo Mail? Thanks.

The different between Contacts Tab and Address Book; there is two different pages. for example The contacts tab you can't deleted the contacts in the lists. You can deleted your Contacts in the Address book. The only way I can get to the Address book page is by clicking on Help (Upper right corner next to Privacy). On the Help page. How to delete a Contact. Number 1. Make sure you click on Yahoo!7 Contacts. (Blue link)
