How do you block your IP address when emailing people?

Is it possible to block people from emailing you other than people in your address book? and how do you do it?

Yes, yahoo does have that option. Turn on your spam protection. 1. Click on the "Options" link in the upper right of your yahoo mail page. 2. When the options page opens, click on "Spam Protection." 3. Fill out the form and click "Save Changes." 4. Go back to your In-Box now, and place a check mark next to each contact you do not want to receive mail from. 5. Go to the top of the list and click the "Spam" button. Notes: 1. Every message you report in this way trains your Spam Guard filters to work better for you. 2. The messages you selected will be deleted and reported as spam. 3. The senders of the messages will be added to your blocked addresses list. Before long, you will only get mail from those in your address book.
