How do I get selected contacts to appear in bcc field?

• Answer:

  First of all---you have to click on the little link just above the TO line that says "show BCC", and that opens the BCC line (under CC) ready for you to use. THEN you must click directly on the word BCC to select that line for use--AND to open your mailing list.----OR----if there is a +sign after the word BCC---click on that to open your mailing list. Click on ONE contact FIRST----AND THEN hold down the "ctrl" key while clicking on the others you want to send this email to. Then click OK----and the addresses will be inserted on BCC (or whichever line you chose) In other words---whichever line you click on to open the mailing list----is the line that the contacts will be entered on.
