How can I Import old tiscali contacts into my yahoo address book?

I had a YAHOO address book this am that was full of contacts and now at 8pm..it is empty...

I have a ton of contacts in my address book on YAHOO (I have had an account for years) as I do animal rescue and now my address book is totally empty. I need those addresses back and who emptied it? In addition to that, there was an email sent stating it was from me (my address) to some of my contacts in my address book and it was NOT SENT by me..it is a sales solicitation. All was good this morning when I went out of town, not my address book info is all missing and this weird email sent around but not be me although it used my email address.
Answer:

Sounds like your account might have been hacked or broken into. Make sure you change your password and ALWAYS back up ANY important info as if your address book is deleted, there is no way to recover it unless you made a back up then just import it. Sorry =(
