How to remove email addresses?

When forwarding a email, how do you remove/hide the email addresses from the people who sent you the email?

• Do not want to share their addresses with other email contacts. Trying to protect their right to privacy

• Answer:

  After you have selected "Forward", I start with a few things I do just to verify and fill in fields. I place my own email address in the "To", I add to the subject line if necessary, then I write my portion that goes above the existing email. I then go (usually from the top) of the email, and "Click and Drag" over the first line with name and/or email address, then I select "Delete", I keep repeating this until all names are gone. If I see "More...", I select that and remove all of the names that appear. Now, I Select "To" (the underlined word), Up pops the address book, select field for each (To, CC, or Bcc-for privacy), up to 99 names "Insert Checked Contacts" Now I take a quick look again to make sure everything is OK, then "Send" Nobody ever sees anything except my email address, when it is done that way. I feel it is a matter of good manners and necessary to protect others. Good question.
