Why can't I access my contact list?

How do you access a contact group list?

  • I made a list of email address and now I cant find the list to do a group email. I cant find the word list or the word group either. I have yahoo email beta. Can some one help with this? Thank you

    I can't on yahoo, but I know on IncrediMail, you go to address.. click group amd make a list of those you want in you special contacts that you want to send the same mail to all at one time. ot enter yours individually, just clicjk contact.

Try leaving Beta Mail and going into Classic, because it may well appear in your Addresses there. There've been a lot of problems with Beta Mail recently.
