How do I switch my address book from one yahoo account to another?

I currently have a yahoo account through verizon (ie; [email protected]). I am eventually going to leave verizon but I'd like to stay with yahoo. I've created a new yahoo account and was wondering if there is an easy way to switch my address book from one to the other. Thanks!
