How can I get my insert addresses to work again?

The insert addresses doesn't work when I use it, What's wrong?

• I was sending an e-mail to multiple contacts and the insert addresses doesn't work. What can I do?

• Answer:

  Here is a new way of doing it. 1st--click on compose------(or forward) 2nd--click directly on the word TO and your mailing list opens. 3rd---put a check by all the names you want. 4th---at top of list---click "insert checked contacts" and the names jump onto the line you chose and the list closes. And there ya go---proceed as usual.
