How do I copy my Outlook Express address book to Yahoo?

I can't seem to get my Outlook Express address book transferred to my new Yahoo address book. How to do it?

Address Book: First, export the contact from Microsoft Outlook Express as a vCard (.vcf) file. 1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express. 2. Open the contact you want to add to your Yahoo! Address Book. 3. Choose "Export to vCard file" in the File menu. 4. Save the file on your computer in a handy place that you'll remember. Now, import the contact into Yahoo! Address Book. 1. Open your Yahoo! Address Book and click "Import/Export" in the upper-right corner. 2. Under "Import", choose "vCard (.VCF file)" from the pull-down menu in Step 1. 3.
